Job Purpose:
To process day to day, activities related to Escrow Accounts in accordance to the regulatory requirement as well as SIB policy and procedures, Suspense Account Reconciliation. To review monthly reconciliation sheets prepared by Departments/Branches to ensure that all follow a uniform policy and procedure in preparation/clearing of outstanding amounts/ of the suspense accounts
Key Accountabilities:
- Escrow Accounts * Download payments/new accounts activation approvals from TAS * Prepare supporting vouchers related total types of payments and input respective entries in T24 for * Keep watching inflow funds without buyer code and coordinate with Developers to obtain the same. * Respond to investor inquires on timely manner. * Prepare cheque deposit list on daily basis * Maintain cheques return list * Liaise with ICCS team for cheques to be send for clearing Prepare MIS reporting * Any other job assigned by the Head of Division
- Suspense Accounts Reconciliation
- Check the GL report to ensure that all Branches and HO departments have provided their sheets on time
- Review the sheets for accuracy, justification and completeness.
- Reporting of discrepancies (if any) to the branch/department concerned on escalation basis.
- Adopting proper follow up mechanism.
- Prepare adequate reports to be submitted to management.
Technical Skills:
- Time Management Skills Microsoft office (Word/Excel, PP)
- Inter-personal skills Good communication skills
- Honesty, Integrity, Confidentiality and Ethical. Background on accounting standards. Multi-task handling.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor degree, Diploma in Accounting, Information Administration, Banking
- Minimum Experience: At least 4-5 years banking experience in corporate banking in relationship
- Computers/ Systems / Software Skills: 3 years Computers/ Systems / Software Skills MS Office - T24 Software – Expert
- Language Skills: Strong on both oral and written Arabic & English.
