JOB PURPOSE:
- The applicants role is to establish, develop and maintain relationships with SIB none individual customers through timely and effective responses to customer queries, ensure that all Liability banking customer requirements are properly handled and directed to the concerned function and employee. Additionally the role also requires to referee new businesses to the other employees within the same unit with the aim of increasing the size of the portfolio in terms of number of customers and deposits.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Endeavor to increase new relationship with high standards of customer service and delivery.
- Achieve assigned annual target for both assets & liabilities, including new relationship.
- Ensure accurate analysis to customer request.
- Prepare an annual target list in consultation with the Head of Department.
- Maintain high standards of ethics and integrity in dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Ensure effective follow up and monitoring of account to avoid down grading and delinquency.
- Achieve assigned portfolio profitability through increasing limit utilization, fees and commission and ancillary business.
- Ensure a well-diversified portfolio and avoid concentration.
- Ensure visiting clients premises at least on quarterly basis.
- Manage customers waiting time in Liabilities Banking area with friendly interaction with customers, and to track the service indicator.
- To provide the customer with financial services which exceed expectations by delivering competent, timely and problem free services.
- Assist the RMs with appointments, handle calls and customer enquiries
- Provide support in the aspects of Customer relationship management, system operation, executing transactions and after sales follow up.
- Cross sell bank's products to LBG customers through proactive approach and responds to the opportunity.
- Provide the customer with required information on all SIB products/services.
- Provides business leads & referrals to the senior staff in LBG.
- Continuously coordinate and follow up with branches and back office units to ensure that all LBG customers’ requests are processed on time without mistakes.
- Maintains ongoing dialogue with customers to ensure that they are aware of all SIB products/ services relevant to their situation.
- Implement instructions and maintain controls so that all relevant procedures are fulfilled while delivering quality, cost-effective service to customers.

Minimum Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within banking industry and should have intensive banking knowledge.
Language Skills:
- Strong in both oral and written : English and Arabic.
